Barry is our Managing Partner. Barry has wide-ranging domestic and international transactional experience, gained over 25 years in Dublin, London and Singapore, including ten years with the global law firm Clifford Chance. He focuses particularly on privatisations, M&A and corporate finance transactions. Barry previously headed our firm’s Corporate Finance Group, leading a large team on high-profile M&A and equity capital markets deals.
