Adam Lynn practice focuses on serving the needs of financial institutions, businesses, and individuals with sophisticated needs in real estate, general business, family law and commercial litigation matters. He successfully represents numerous local, regional and national financial institutions in all aspects of commercial financing transactions, collection matters, troubled debt restructuring and workouts. Additionally, Adam assists his clients with the origination of commercial real estate and asset-based loans. Adam’s real estate practice is exceptionally diverse. He handles a range of real estate development matters, including financing, acquisition and the preparation and negotiation of declarations, contracts, loan documents, easements and other real estate development documents. Adam also represents clients in residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes and assists clients with lease drafting. Additionally, Adam has been a licensed title insurance producer since 2015. An attorney with extensive business law experience, Adam represents clients in areas such as commercial litigation, commercial law, business entity formation, general business matters, mergers and acquisitions, transactions and navigating creditors through bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Adam’s business law experience and sensitivity to the needs of his clients makes him uniquely qualified to provide family law services to entrepreneurs, business owners and high-net-worth individuals. Prior to joining McAllister, DeTar, Showalter & Walker (MDSW) at the firm’s inception, Adam practiced with Miles & Stockbridge P.C. for three years after beginning his career at a mid-sized real estate firm in Bethesda, Maryland. A Richmond, Virginia native, Adam is proud to call the Eastern Shore home. Adam resides in Easton with his wife and their two children. Adam is immersed in community matters. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Talbot Mentors, an organization dedicated to mentoring Talbot County’s youth.
