Started her career in the telecom industry 20 years ago as a NOC technician. After graduating early from law school she began working in-house for Zayo Group working primarily on sales agreements for dark fiber (lease, IRU, swap, and joint builds) and network development (easements, franchises, and right-of-way agreements), but additionally twenty mergers and acquisitions. Three years later, she left Zayo to work for Integra/Electric Lightwave where she greatly expanded her knowledge base to include multiple products (including SaaS, wavelength, VPN, cloud connect, dedicated Internet access, Ethernet, MPLS, cloud firewall, network security, and UC cloud voice services), government requests for proposals, employment law, and dispute resolution. Danielle's unique experience in the telecom field has enabled her to ascertain legal risks other attorneys may miss, and assist the business in putting together complicated deals.
