Ron Boucher is a Partner on our Corporate team. He specialises in secondary buyouts and the acquisitions of, and investments into, founder-led businesses. Clients know him for providing insightful and commercially-focused advice. He advises both Irish and international businesses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Ron worked as a Private Equity Associate at two leading US firms in London.
