Rachel Carney is a Partner in our Real Estate team and leads our specialised Residential Sales team. She advises on volume sales, where her practical experience makes a valuable contribution to the business of her clients. Rachel specialises in acting for developers, financial institutions, receivers and private equity funds in volume sales, where her practical experience makes a valuable contribution to the business of her clients. In addition, Rachel has significant experience in advising on new developments and unfinished developments as well as establishing management structures. Our Residential Sales team works collaboratively and efficiently to manage the complex process for bulk residential sales. Our experienced and dedicated team is currently instructed on the sale thousands of properties all over Ireland.
