I joined the Real Estate team as a partner in 2019 previously having been the head of the London real estate team of a major national firm. I commenced my career undertaking work for a major supermarket operator and then built up a non-food retail practice acting for a number of retailers including one for whom I acted from its first store acquisition until it had become a major national chain of more than 25 units. I also undertook property asset tax driven BES and Enterprise Zone work. I have acted also for one of the largest public sector sports centre operators, foreign nationals and corporations investing in the UK market, public authorities and universities. Now my main focus is on real estate finance acting for banks and funds in relation to developments, single asset and portfolio investment transactions and bridging finance. I also act for developers and investors as well as property end users. My clients include professional practices, housebuilders, retailers and restaurants as well as a golf course operator. I am a contributor to the Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents.
