I am a partner in the Corporate group, specialising in both debt and equity finance, particularly for owner-managed businesses and those backed by venture and growth capital. I have a broad practice acting as trusted adviser for many long-standing institutional, corporate and personal clients in various sectors. I particularly enjoy finding solutions and developing respectful relationships between clients, counterparties, intermediaries and colleagues for the mutual and long-term benefit of all.
