Bio

I am a partner in Marriott Harrison’s Corporate team. I advise clients in a range of sectors on corporate and corporate finance matters including venture capital, venture debt, private equity, M&A and a wide range of other corporate matters. I have also spent time on secondment at well-known client venture capital houses. Having been with the firm for over a decade, I have extensive knowledge of the businesses and requirements of numerous long-standing clients, including institutions, management teams, companies and founders, to whom I provide a thorough and timely but personable service. I also work with tech start-ups and growth companies and I am actively developing my growing practice in this area through my involvement with initiatives such as Sie., an organisation which seeks to drive more capital towards female founders.
