I am the Head of Venture Capital and a partner in Marriott Harrison’s Corporate group. My practice specialises in venture capital transactions, and I also advise clients on a range of M&A and corporate matters. My clients include early-stage and fast-growth companies, along with some of the leading European specialist technology funds, who I regularly advise in relation to UK investments. I have also spent time on secondment with two of the best-known funds in that early-stage investment space. I am recognised as a Next Generation Partner for Venture Capital by Legal 500 UK, am a member of the BVCA and am also the firm’s Training Partner, responsible for graduate recruitment and helping our junior lawyers progress in their careers.
