Bradley Wooldridge joined Manning Fulton in 2010 after receiving a Masters of Law in Taxation from Northwestern University and spending a year litigating federal tax cases with a large regional firm. His practice at Manning Fulton focuses on the tax and business law aspects of business mergers and acquisitions, forming and advising joint ventures and private equity funds, partnerships and limited liability companies, counseling clients on international, federal and state tax issues and counseling real estate investors and developers with the tax and corporate aspects of complex acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, real estate developments and dispositions.
