Bio

Johan Frost Bergman is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Funds and Investments practice group and is based in the firm’s Stockholm office. Johan’s practice includes advising on the establishment of funds, review of funds on behalf of potential investors and assisting with investments on behalf of the funds. Johan also works with venture investors and venture-backed companies on investments, fundraising and general corporate matters. Johan joined the firm in 2006 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. He has BA/BSc and LL.M. degrees from Stockholm University and an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School in New York.
