Hans Petersson specialises in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. He possesses considerable experience of both national and international mergers and acquisitions and often acts as a principal advisor in connection with clients’ mergers and acquisitions outside Sweden. Within equity capital markets, he focuses on global incentive programmes, IPOs and share issues. In addition to work within his specialist areas, he also acts in an advisory capacity as external corporate counsel and secretary on the board of directors of certain clients.
