Luke Powell co-heads the firm’s mergers and acquisitions group and will become Managing Partner on 1 May 2022. He advises on all aspects of M&A transactions. Luke has experience in many sectors but particularly specialises in financial services, asset management and private equity (both buy-outs and secondaries). Clients for whom he acts regularly include Chrysalis Investments (formerly Merian Chrysalis), Federated Hermes, Glendower Capital, Goldman Sachs, Keyhaven Capital, Legal & General and Permira.
