Howard Corney co-heads the firm’s mergers and acquisitions group. He undertakes a broad range of M&A work with a particular focus on cross-border M&A and private equity. Howard also established and leads our Africa practice and is the lead corporate and M&A partner in our industrial and manufacturing sector group.
