Christopher Henry focuses on private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as privately-owned businesses and public companies, in their mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, growth investments, dispositions, and joint ventures, and in their equity and debt financings. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including asset management, technology and software, consumer, financial services, professional services, manufacturing, publishing and media, food and restaurants. He regularly represents Solamere Capital, NexPhase Capital, Sightway Capital and Two Sigma Investments, Crimson Investment, and many of their portfolio companies. He also frequently represents The National Football League in private equity matters. Chris has also guided his clients through liquidity events with global elite private equity and asset management firms, such as KKR, TH Lee, TPG, Stone Point, Brookfield, and Oak Tree. Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler in 2014, Chris was a partner at Ropes & Gray in New York.
