Mark practices employment, labour (union), human rights, occupational health and safety and OMVIC law by providing both litigation and corporate/commercial advice and representation to small to large size businesses, corporations, and associations. A substantial number of Mark’s clients are involved in the retail automotive industry and the logistics industry. Mark has been a partner with the firm since 2008. Advises and represents, on a continual basis, one of the largest and most influential safety associations in Canada. Appears regularly before the Ontario Labour Relations Board in all matters under the Board’s jurisdiction. Advised and represented on several merger/acquisitions in excess of $100 million.
