Bobbi practices general corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on business transactions. Bobbi has acted for a diverse group of clients in a number of industries, and particularly in the transportation, automotive and private equity sectors. Bobbi has transactional experience in a wide range of shareholder disputes, debt and equity financings, corporate reorganizations, and share purchase and asset purchase transactions. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Bar Association. Acted as counsel to a minority shareholder in respect of the $40,000,000 buyout of North America’s largest materials handling equipment retailer with operations in Ontario, Quebec, Wisconsin and Georgia and subsequent negotiation of the subscription for a minority interest by a Japanese based equipment manufacturer. Acted for Canada's largest custom metal galvanizer and its family of shareholders in respect of its sale to one of the world’s leading providers of engineered products for $45,000,000.
