Roberto Leccese joined Ughi e Nunziante in 1995 and became a partner in 2000. Roberto has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, energy and natural resources, litigation and arbitration. He regularly assists Italian and foreign clients, ranging from medium-sized companies to large groups including multinationals, on matters ranging from commercial contracts to M&A transactions, from renewable energy to Oil & Gas, as well as related disputes. After graduating with honors in 1988 at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, before joining Ughi e Nunziante, Roberto worked for some years as an internal lawyer for leading companies. He has been enrolled in the Register of Lawyers since 1992 and in the Special Register for legal aid before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Higher Jurisdictions since 2016. Roberto collaborated with the chair of Private Law of the University of Rome "La Sapienza", has published numerous articles in specialized journals and contributed to some monographs on public and private procurement, commercial contracts, with specific reference to subcontracting contracts , arbitration and oil & gas. He is fluent in Italian and English.
