Bio

Martin Hartl joined Ughi e Nunziante in Rome in 2004, after having been a partner in the German firm Hengeler Mueller. Early in his career, he graduated in law in Rome and Munich and took the bar exam in Rome and the equivalent German exam in Munich, where he also earned a PhD. Martin has always been involved in M&A, corporate law, commercial law and contract law and regularly assists employers in conflicts with executives. His main clients include a large international industrial group that has followed him across the border, having Martin assist him in many matters of German law and now in as many matters of Italian law. Martin speaks, reads and writes in Italian, German, English and French. Occasionally, he has lectured at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and written contributions for magazines and books.
