Giuseppe De Falco has been a partner at the Rome office of Ughi e Nunziante since 2001. He has acquired consolidated experience in the banking and financial sector, in particular in structured financing in the real estate sector and in the field of derivative instruments. He also has consolidated experience in the capital market and in the law of financial markets, as well as more generally in commercial and corporate law, also protecting customers in the context of litigation and bankruptcy. After graduating from the Federico II University of Naples in 1989, Giuseppe obtained his specialization in commercial law at the same University in 1991, the qualification in 1993 and has been a lawyer in the Supreme Court since 2010. He is registered in the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Chamber of the National Anti-Corruption Authority. Lecturer of the IBL (International Business Law) master in international trade law at the La Sapienza University of Rome, he was for some years lecturer of the Master of the sole 24Ore Law as well as university seminars on banking law. He frequently participates as a speaker at seminars and conferences also abroad and has published numerous articles in specialized magazines. He is a member of numerous international associations of lawyers including IBA - International Bar Association, Italian Association LSE Alumni, AEDBF - European Association of Banking and Financial Law, UIA - Union International des Avocats. He is fluent in Italian and English and has a working knowledge of French and Spanish.
