Marta Simoncelli collaborates with the corporate law department of LMS Law Firm (Milan office) and focuses her practice on domestic and international M&A transactions. Before joining LMS Law Firm, Marta first carried out an internship at KPMG Advisory (Milan office) and then collaborated with the corporate department of the law firm Shearman & Sterling LLP (Milan office).
