Luca Airaghi regularly advises Italian and foreign companies operating in various sectors, as well as private equity and venture capital funds, on both corporate and commercial law, and in particular with respect to extraordinary transactions such as share deals and asset deals, acquisition of business and of business units, mergers, demergers and transformations, joint ventures and investment agreements. Luca also assists financial intermediaries, asset management companies and securities brokerage companies with regard to their incorporation and even in the context of extraordinary transactions, dealing with both corporate and regulatory aspects.
