Giuseppina Auria advises large corporations and private equity funds on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. She has extensive experience of domestic and international acquisitions and disposals, mergers, equity financings, joint ventures and governance matters. She has particular expertise in tech, digital and IP-intensive sectors. Before joining LMS, Giuseppina was an associate of the domestic and foreign M&A practices of some leading Italian firms.
