Giulio Gambini Pierleoni has a significant expertise in corporate and commercial law aspects, regularly assisting multinational industrials clients and private equity funds in both domestic and multi-jurisdictional business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, LBOs and MLBOs and, more in general, in extraordinary corporate transactions. Giulio’s recent practice also includes assistance in complex domestic and transnational acquisition financing, restructuring and debt refinancing transactions.
