Felice Acquisto focuses on taxation and advises clients in developing the most appropriate tax planning strategies on cross border transactions, private equity transactions and in structured finance deals. He also represents clients in complex tax disputes leading to amicable settlements or litigation both at domestic and European level. Felice has a special interest in the automotive and automotive finance sector and, more generally, in distribution coupled with a significant experience in transfer pricing and BEPS issues (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting). In this connection, he represents, on a regular basis, major multinational companies in important Mutual Agreement Procedures and in preparing and negotiating of bilateral Advanced Price Agreements. Felice previously worked, both in Brussels and Rome, for the European Commission, Brosio Casati – Allen & Overy and as, General Counsel, to Ford Motor Company in Italy. In this role, amongst the others, he assisted Ford in connection with its securitisation deals in Italy.
