Victor T. Fu received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Literature and Film, from Claremont McKenna College in 1994. Mr. Fu received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 1997 and was admitted to the California State Bar that same year. During law school, Mr. Fu spent a semester working full-time as a judicial extern for the Hon. Terry J. Hatter, Jr., Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Fu joined LKP Global Law, LLP as a partner in November 2010 following an eight and a half year stint at Richardson and Patel LLP as a senior attorney in its litigation department where he specialized in litigating labor and employment, securities, and intellectual property claims and various other business disputes. Mr. Fu has experience representing private and public companies in all aspects of business litigation from pre-lawsuit through trial and appeals. In addition to the court system, Mr. Fu has represented clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the California Labor Commissioner, Civil Service Commissions, the OSHA Appeals Board, and the Worker’s Compensation Appeals Board. Mr. Fu also has a wide range of experience counseling clients and drafting and negotiating business and intellectual property agreements, severance agreements, settlement agreements, independent contractor agreements, employment contracts, employee handbooks and employer policies. Mr. Fu also has experience in all aspects of the trademark application and registration process in the United States and certain foreign territories. Mr. Fu is admitted to practice law in all California courts and the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern District Courts for the State of California.
