Rahul P. Dange is a partner in the Transactional Group at LKP Global Law LLP, practicing in the areas of corporate and securities law. Mr. Dange has a broad range of experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, restructurings, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, commercial transactions and general corporate matters. He represents clients in various fields, including venture capital, private equity, technology, life sciences, media services, and food and apparel. Prior to joining LKP Global Law, Mr. Dange was an attorney at Richardson & Patel LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP, and he was an associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP prior to that. Mr. Dange received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego in 1998. In 2002, Mr. Dange received his Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law. Mr. Dange is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
