Bio

Francis Chen is a partner at LKP Global Law LLP practicing in the areas of corporate and securities law. Mr. Chen has worked extensively with Chinese companies in a variety of industries such as consumer products, biotechnology, energy and agriculture, on matters including reverse mergers, alternative public offerings, PIPEs, IPOs, follow-on public offerings and Exchange Act filings. Prior to joining LKP Global Law, Mr. Chen was an associate in the Asian Practice Group at Richardson & Patel LLP. Mr. Chen represented a number of Los Angeles-based private companies as outside general counsel before switching his practice focus to corporate and securities law. Mr. Chen is a member of the State Bar of California and New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1995, and his Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law in 2000 with a concentration in corporate finance. Mr. Chen is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
