Bio

Kristi Sild has been an attorney since 1998 and is a partner at LEXTAL. She is member of the Employment Law committee of the Estonian Bar Association. Kristi mainly operates with corporate and employment law. Additionally to advising M&A transactions and different investment structures (incl bond issues), Kristi is specialized to legal questions related to non-banking financial services. Also, she has long-time experience in advising companies in maritime and ocean fishing activity areas. She has assisted clients in many transactions related to vessels (acquiring, charter agreements etc), has helped to bring several ships under Estonian flag and has represented the interests of Estonian companies in international fishing organizations. She has represented clients in the proceedings of the European Court of Justice. Kristi is inspired by art and talented people, she is a founding member of the Art Museum of Estonia Friends of Art Society.
