Wouter Helder specializes in M&A and private equity transactions. He also advises on fund structuring and assists in management buyouts and buy-ins. His clients include national and international private equity funds, strategic partners, management teams and directors who are also major shareholders. Wouter guest lectures on the takeover process, corporate structures and forms of cooperation. Wouter has been with Lexence since 2000 and became a partner in 2008. Between 2018 and 2021 he was member of the management board of Lexence.
