Bio

Hendrik Bennebroek Gravenhorst has extensive experience in the notarial aspects of corporate law, with a special focus on setting up corporate structures and associated governance. He also advises on demergers, (cross-border) restructurings, conversions, private equity structures and often assists in M&A transactions. Hendrik regularly publishes and speaks about shareholders' agreements, the new Act on Management & Supervision of Legal Entities and the UBO register. Hendrik has been associated with Lexence since 2016. He completed his study notarial law at the University of Groningen in 1997 and was appointed civil-law notary in Amsterdam in 2011.
