Philippe POIRIER holds a Master II degree in Business Law with a specialization in corporate law issued by the University of Angers in 2015, he is sworn in in 2018. He joined the corporate law department of Cabinet LEXCAP in 2015 as a lawyer, then as a lawyer, a department in which he exercises advisory functions in the areas of private business and corporate law.
