Lawyer Diploma Holder of the Company Lawyer Diploma (DJCE) issued in 2002 by the University of Poitiers, Emilie RIMBERT was sworn in in 2003. In 2006, Emilie RIMBERT joined the LEXCAP law firm in Angers where she joins the teams of the Company Law Department, providing advice to companies in the field of company law and as such assists company heads at the various stages of their projects and in the life of the company. Emilie RIMBERT has also, in these areas of intervention, developed a particular expertise in the pharmacy sector, including in particular the preparation and monitoring of ordinal procedures and the Societies of Financial Participation of Liberal Professions (SPFPL).
