Holder of a DEA in Business Law and a DEA in Community Law, obtained respectively at the University of Paris II and Paris I, Christophe BRACHET is a lawyer in Business and Law companies. His activity leads him to intervene in all legal fields related to Business law and the life of both commercial and civil companies with the aim of providing clients with the legal advice and skills necessary for success and securing their professional and personal projects. He intervenes in all that relates to the current legal and the obligatory formalism related to the life of the companies (annual approval of the accounts - constitution of companies - change of manager - statutory modifications, agreements of provision of services etc ...) and he assists and advises companies in restructuring operations, namely capital increase and reduction, contribution of securities, merger, demerger, partial contribution of assets, universal transfer of assets, etc. and in operations of sale of companies or external growth, but also in the implementation of legal tools intended either to ensure the protection of shareholders or to govern their relations (shareholders' agreement), or to contribute to the development of shareholding (creation of securities comprising:preferred actions, vouchers etc). He is also involved in the sale of business assets and the assignment of lease rights. Me BRACHET was sworn in on October 2, 1995, he has been registered with the Bar of the Paris Bar for more than twenty years and has been practicing as a lawyer since February 1997 within the Firm.
