Gabe Beckmann practice focuses on corporate transactions with specific emphasis in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, structuring complex joint ventures, and healthcare law. Gabe represents clients in connection with the formation, purchase and sale of businesses, equity and debt financings, and real estate joint ventures. He advises corporate clients with regard to governance and regulatory compliance matters, and represents and advises hospitals and other healthcare providers in connection with regulatory compliance issues and commercial transactions.
