Ms. Colindres has been a partner at Levinson, Arshonsky & Kurtz since 2011. She represents the firm’s clients with her extensive litigation experience in real property issues, business litigations, and general civil matters litigated in both state and federal courts. She also has broad appellate experience, including representing the prevailing party in the published opinion of Hirshfield v. Schwartz (2001) 91 Cal.App.4th 749 regarding the doctrine of equitable easements. Ms. Colindres has represented clients in jury trials and court trials in Los Angeles County, Orange County and Ventura County, including a complete defense verdict for an employer after a month long jury trial against wrongful termination and intellectual property claims, a complete defense verdict for her client in a multi-million dollar financial elder abuse case, and judgments in favor of a client in successive partnership disputes involving allegations of self-dealing and misappropriation of trade secrets. Ms. Colindres enjoys reading and listening to ‘80s and ‘90s music. She is proficient in Korean. Ms. Colindres received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996. She received her Juris Doctorate degree in 1999 from the UCLA School of Law.
