Matthias Wolf is a partner in the Corporate and M&A department of Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich. He advises primarily in the fields of M&A, banking and finance, capital markets and on corporate law matters. His experience covers public and private M&A with a focus on cross-border transactions. He regularly advises private and listed companies on corporate governance and securities laws matters.
