Bio

Beat Kuhni is an expert in corporate, M&A, private equity and venture capital, real estate, banking and finance as well as commercial and contracts. He is a standing member of several chapters of the Swiss Private Equity and Corporate Finance Association (SECA) and chairing the standing working groups responsible for SECA's VC/PE Model Documentation. Beat Kühni co-heads the firm's Real Estate practice group and is team leader Zurich of the Commercial and Contracts practice group.
