Bio

Francesca advises groups and companies in the following areas: Corporate and Commercial, M&A, private equity and corporate compliance, with particular attention to Privacy & Data Protection issues. For more than 10 years, she has been supporting and advising companies in the development of their legal strategy, both nationally and internationally, with a focus on French-Italian operations. Before joining LegisLAB, she was an associate at the law firm of Castaldi Mourre & Partners, based in Paris and Milan. With a PhD in International Law from the University of Padua and Panthéon Assas University Paris II, Francesca is a professor in legal seminars, an author of publications in Italian and French law journals and president of the association of Italian lawyers in France as well as a member of the Trans Europe Expert network. She is a member of the Venice and Paris Bar Associations.
