Bio

Enrico has significant experience in corporate, banking and financial litigation, corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings, as well as in family agreements, inheritance and heraldic law. Over the years, he has also acquired specific expertise in the reinsurance sector. A partner of LegisLAB since January 2019, he is an attorney with rights of audience in the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation. Previously a salary partner at Rubino Sammartano, Pavia e Ansaldo, Agnoli Bernardi and Pirola Pennuto Zei and of counsel at Studio Giovannelli e Associati, he coordinated teams addressing his areas of expertise. Member of boards of directors and boards of statutory auditors of listed companies and financial companies, with offices in Italy and abroad, he has acted as arbitrator in administered and non-administered arbitrations. Enrico has been a volunteer assistant professor in Civil Law at the University of Palermo and an expert in Civil Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He attended the Scuola di Notariato A. Anselmi in Rome; he studied business law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and reinsurance at the College of Insurance in New York.
