Mauricio is a partner specialized in mergers, acquisitions and capital markets. He operates in transactions involving public and private companies, private equity funds, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and issues related to regulatory banking law, corporate and executive compensation. He is recognized by LACCA Approved as a lawyer recommended in Corporate/M&A by members of the renowned Latin American Corporate Counsel Association, linked to the Latin Lawyer group. Mauricio obtained his degree from Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro and took his master’s degree in law (LL.M.) from Columbia University, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
