Gonçalo Godinho, M&A partner at São Paulo office, has 20 years’ experience in the practice participating in high-end M&A and Private Equity deals. He has deep international experience gained at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett (London and New York) and at Holland & Knight (Miami and New York). Gonçalo has a profound knowledge of the infrastructure segment having worked at Vale. He has a Master’s degree by Duke University School of Law (North Carolina, USA) and is bachelor in laws by the University of Lisbon (Portugal).
