Stefanie Pate is a Partner in the firm’s Estates & Trusts Practice Group and the Corporate Practice Group, where she focuses on Nonprofits & Tax-Exempt Organizations. As part of the Estates & Trusts Practice Group, Stefanie’s practice focuses on the preparation of simple and complex wills, living wills and powers of attorney, trusts, guardianship planning and administration, planning for individuals with special needs, charitable gift planning, the development of lifetime gifting programs, and the preparation of business succession plans. Stefanie’s practice also includes estate and fiduciary litigation matters. Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Stefanie was an Associate Trust Advisor with PNC Wealth Management, where she provided trust and estate administration and relationship management services to high net worth clients. Stefanie was also employed as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Siemens Industry, Inc. where she assisted in the review, investigation and remediation of compliance cases and conducted pre and post-merger and acquisition due diligence. Stefanie obtained a law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law. During her time in law school, Stefanie served as Editor in Chief of the Duquesne Business Law Journal, and also worked as a Production Editor. Stefanie received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grade in Land Use Planning and received an award for Outstanding Oral Advocate.
