Bio

As a member of Lee & Ko's Corporate Practice Group, Yeonwoo Choi practice focuses primarily on mergers & acquisitions, hostile takeovers & defenses, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Choi was an associate at HYUN Law partners. He also previously worked as a Judge Advocate at the Public Prosecutor's office and as a Public Interest attorney for the Korea Legal Association. Mr. Choi received his LL.B from the Seoul National University, College of Law in 2008. In 2011, he was admitted to the Korean Bar and completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea.
