Yeonsoo Yun has extensive experience in advising clients on legal/regulatory compliance issues in complex M&A transactions, as well as handling a wide range of litigation/dispute resolution cases, with a special focus on IP infringement cases and computer crimes. Mr. Yun also has special expertise in TMT (technology, media & telecommunications) transactions. etc. Mr. Yun first served as a prosecutor at the Seoul District Prosecutor's Office, where he was in charge of IP infringement cases and computer crimes. Then, after studying in the US and being admitted to New York State Bar, Mr. Yun went on to join the law firm of Shin & Kim, where he worked in the areas of a corporate law, cross border disputes and intellectual property law attorney, providing legal advice on various matters, including M&A deals, telecommunications, intellectual property and international arbitration cases.
