Bio

David Dantzic, a partner in the Washington, D.C. office and former Local Chair of the Corporate Department, has been practicing law since 1994. Mr. Dantzic has developed particular experience in structuring and negotiating cross-border transactions on behalf of both US and non-US clients. In addition to his work for firm clients, Mr. Dantzic is presently serving as the president of the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia.
