Following two decades spent in practice at Leeds based firms, Tim joined Langleys in 2010, bringing with him strong expertise in landlord and tenant transactions, investment sales and purchases and site acquisition and development. As the Managing Partner, Tim leads the development of the firm, shaping the strategy that underpins everything Langleys works to achieve. He ensures the highest quality of service is delivered to our clients, that we are innovative and that Langleys continues to grow; in size, positive reputation and influence within the industry. He also leads the Commercial Law Division, overseeing the teams providing advice across commercial property, corporate, commercial, commercial litigation and employment matters. Tim’s own area of expertise is commercial property which he has specialised in for over 25 years. Tim specialises in retail, investment and development work for a wide range of clients he has acted for over many years. Focused and pragmatic, with unwavering commitment to achieving the best outcome for his clients and their businesses, Tim notes his key skills as understanding the client’s objectives and getting the deal done.
