A Partner in the Commercial Law team, Luke brings a decade of experience in providing expert legal advice to private companies to the firm. Based in the Lincoln office Luke handles a range of areas for commercial and corporate clients including; corporate structure and governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and general business advice. Luke enjoys the fast paced world of corporate law, he is passionate about getting the deal done and offering practical guidance for his clients, delivering added value through a pragmatic, responsive and commercially focused service. Commenting on his decision to join the Langleys team, Luke noted a desire to, ‘be part of a firm with ambition and vision, with the infrastructure to match’, giving him the perfect platform to offer the best corporate and commercial services to his clients.
