Bio

James read law at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and graduated in 2007. He joined Langleys as a Trainee Solicitor in 2010 and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in 2012. His career with Langleys has seen him promoted to Associate in 2014, Senior Associate in 2017 and Partner in 2020. James has broad experience in all aspects of commercial property matters with a particular expertise in Landlord and Tenant work and investment sales and purchases. He acts for a wide range of clients including private individuals, regional developers, syndicated investors and PLCs and is known for his practical approach, providing his clients with pragmatic commercial advice.
