With over 18 years’ experience in practice, Emma has a wealth of expertise, specialising in commercial property. She joined Langleys in 1998 and advises businesses across a diverse range of industries and sectors, providing legal guidance on matters such as business sales and purchases, acquisition and disposal of freehold commercial property and contract drafting and negotiation. Her expertise also includes acting for commercial landlords and tenants in respect of lease negotiations and renewals, assignments of leases and sublettings and estate management. Emma considers the most satisfying aspects of her work to be the long term relationships she develops with her clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their business and working in partnership with them to achieve their goals. Emma qualified as a solicitor in 1999.
